The College Fair at the Elite Clinics

Many times players bring compact resumes and transcripts with them to distribute to interested coaches. Some just like shaking the hands with the coach they’ve been emailing with throughout the spring. And many more meet coaches from colleges they’ve never heard of, thus starting the process right there (NOTE: It’s amazing how many of our alumni will comment “I had never heard of XYZ College before I met them at the Elite College Fair and now I will be attending there in the fall!”)
Another interesting fact about our college fairs is that its “PLAYERS ONLY”…no parents. We do this because “we want the coach to meet the player” and we want the player to sell himself to the coach. This is what the college coaches prefer and we 100% agree. There is nothing better than watching a confident young man talk to a coach about his future.
